How does StudyTrack work?

StudyTrack creates a record of student learning for students that are not yet enrolled in a degree program. Woolf records all activities, including submitted assignments, grades, feedback, and course activity.
If students choose to upgrade to a degree program, all their learning records are converted to academic credit.
With 1 click, students will have the option to upgrade to a degree pathway, convert their past learning to credits, and progress towards graduation.

Can Woolf retroactively upgrade students whose learning activity was not tracked to a degree outcome?

Only students that have their learning tracked with StudyTrack are eligible for converting their past activity to academic credits.

How much time do students have to decide whether they want to upgrade to an accredited degree outcome?

Currently, students can complete up to 33% of a degree before choosing to upgrade into an accredited pathway.

Can StudyTrack students see their transcripts?

StudentTrack students only receive a transcript if they upgrade to an accredited degree pathway and the college approves of their past learning record.

Do we need to ask our students for permission before opting into StudyTrack?

We recommend collecting consent to allow Woolf to track student course activity for your courses. This consent is typically already covered by your website’s Privacy Policy (i.e., sharing data with 3rd parties), but you may choose to have students specifically opt into StudyTrack, which is also a good introduction to the opportunity.
