“Scaler Neovarsity is the outcome of our deep understanding of the changing landscape of higher education that is trying to catch up with the ever-changing demands of the tech-backed economy of the 21st century. Scaler was founded specifically to address the challenges faced by traditional university-based higher education that is not completely in sync with the evolving demand for a skilled workforce. The new EU accredited master’s program in AI and ML will create far better opportunities for working professionals through ease of movement between different markets.”

Co-Founder - Scaler
Scaler saw a surge in demand for industry-focused online higher education programs that were specifically designed for professionals aspiring to join a global workforce.
Graduates wanted to earn academic credits that would be recognized by employers and immigration agencies. To differentiate themselves from other bootcamps in the tech space, Scaler recognized the need to accredit their programs. However, the traditional accreditation process is highly complex, expensive, and time-consuming.
As the first global collegiate university that enables bootcamps like Scaler to join as member colleges and offer accredited degrees,
Woolf was the only solution of its kind. Scaler joined Woolf and established “Scaler Neovarsity” as a member college.
Scaler connected their learning environment to Woolf’s Accreditation Management System (AMS) with 1 API integration. The proprietary software manages all the compliance activities of a global university automatically, which would enable Scaler to focus on the excellence of their programs.
Woolf’s AMS automatically aligned Scaler’s existing bootcamp courses with Woolf’s licensed course list to ensure that all learning content would meet regulatory and university standards. Scaler was then able to generate audit-ready academic records, transcripts, and degree certificates for their students.
Scaler became a member college that could enroll students in accredited degrees recognized around the world. The accreditation process consisted of a single API integration rather than years of uncertain paperwork — at a fraction of the time and cost of the typical accreditation process.
Scaler students readily paid 50% higher tuition to be issued real degrees with the same accreditation as European universities, and which would be recognized for purposes of immigration and permanent residency in Canada.
The degree offering added to Scaler’s overall brand equity, improving their lead-to-enrollment ratio and unlocking additional revenue from their existing students and programs.
